Bead-based ELISA methods allow for the analysis of multiple analytes with a single sample. Microspheres are conjugated to the desired capture antibody that detects the analyte of interest. A second sandwich biotinylated antibody is subsequently used for detection following addition of fluorochrome-conjugated streptavidin.
